This is a common dish in Cantonese cuisine. It is usually served on the table during the Spring Festival. Braised pig’s hand with Nostoc flagelliforme and oyster sauce also means “getting rich is a good thing”. Oyster sauce is a Cantonese pronunciation. Oyster sauce is also known as “dried oyster”, a kind of seafood. It is mainly produced in Guangdong. The famous “raw dried oyster black bean” refers to drying the oyster meat directly without cooking in order to maintain the whole taste. The pork hand stewed with oyster and black bean sauce has a different flavor. It is fat but not greasy!

Ingredients

Half a pig's hand
Half a bowl of peanuts
A handful of Nostoc flagelliforme
A handful of light vegetables or oyster sauce
Appropriate amount of oyster sauce
Proper raw pumping
Moderate old smoke
Proper amount of oil
1 teaspoon salt
Proper amount of rock sugar
3-5 slices of ginger
A green onion
3 cloves garlic
Guangdong Rice Wine

Directions

Step 1
After the materials are ready, soak the peanuts for about 2 hours, slice the ginger, shred the green onion, pat the garlic flat, wash the oyster black bean and Nostoc flagelliforme and set aside.

Step 2
The pig's hand has burned off its hair slightly with * * * when it was bought. It doesn't need to be treated by itself when it comes back. The burned pig's hand will be more fragrant when stewed. Wash the pig's hands with flowing water, fly into the water, take them out, rinse them with flowing water, and drain them for standby.

Step 3
Heat the oil in the hot pot, add ginger and garlic after the oil is hot, saute it, pour it into the pig's hands, stir fry it, put a teaspoon of salt and 5-6 pieces of rock sugar, and continue to stir fry. After the rock sugar melts, add half a tablespoon of Guangdong Rice wine, add a tablespoon of raw soy sauce, and mix it with a little old soy sauce. Stir fry it while pouring peanuts and oyster black sauce, and finally add half a tablespoon of oil consumption to stir fry evenly.

Put the stewed pig's hands back into the frying pan, pour in Nostoc flagelliforme, cover the pot, simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, start the pot, sprinkle with shredded green onion, and you can serve beautifully.
