Braised meat and lentils
Braised meat is delicious, but it is rare. Just taste braised meat and satisfy your cravings. So every time I finish braised meat, I will leave a part and match it with other ingredients. This “braised meat and lentils” comes from it.
Ingredients
1 bowl of braised pork500g lentils
1 tbsp oil
6 g salt
Right amount of onion

Step 1
Main and auxiliary ingredients: braised meat, lentils, lentils are picked and washed, and scallions are chopped.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pot and saute the scallions.

Add lentils.

Stir fry repeatedly until the lentils change color.

Add the braised meat.

Stir well.

Add an appropriate amount of water and salt.

Cook for about 5 minutes, stir fry during the period to make it evenly cooked.

Cook until the lentils are ripe, and collect the juice over high heat.

Take out the pot and put it on the plate, and then serve.
