Sauerkraut from Northeast China
There is no official name for salted vegetables in Northeast China. In summer, everyone has no appetite. When vegetables are cheap, everyone comes to eat them. Although it doesn’t look very good, the spicy pickles with a bowl of rice and rice are very delicious.

500g cowpea500g pepper
200g small potatoes
100g peanuts
