Mapo Tofu, the first Sichuan dish learned
My family loves spicy food very much. This dish is a family memory of the whole family. Sitting together for dinner, I could have eaten two more bowls of rice, spicy tofu and a bowl of tofu. I even had to mix rice with Soup.
