Crispy lotus root clip
Ingredients
80g lotus root1.5 tablespoons salt
0.25 tablespoon chicken essence
Right amount of onion
2 tablespoons raw soy sauce
1 tablespoon flour
Directions
Step 1
Put minced meat with scallion, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 0.25 TSP chicken essence
Step 2
Stir hard to make meat stuffing
Step 3
Remove the two ends of the lotus root, peel off the skin and wash

Cut the lotus root into a continuous lotus clip in the middle
