Crispy lotus root clip


80g lotus root
1.5 tablespoons salt
0.25 tablespoon chicken essence
Right amount of onion
2 tablespoons raw soy sauce
1 tablespoon flour


Step 1
Put minced meat with scallion, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce and 0.25 TSP chicken essence

Stir hard to make meat stuffing
