Braised Pork Belly
Braised meat can be said to be a hundred kinds. In our Jiangnan area, braised meat is a household dish. Braised pork with five layers of hard marked pork is fat but not greasy, sweet and soft, and melts in the mouth.
Ingredients
500g streaky pork3 slices of ginger
3 tablespoons raw soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
35g rock sugar
170 ml beer

Cut streaky pork into 2cm cubes

Put ginger slices and meat in the pot

Stir fry over high heat until oil comes out

Add three spoonfuls of raw and one spoonful of old
