New year’s dish, braised chicken with red chestnut, delicious and delicious!

Ingredients

Half a chicken
A bowl of Chestnut
2 shallots
3 ginger slices
A section of cinnamon
3 dried peppers
2 octagons
3 tablespoons cooking wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce

Directions

Step 1
Clean the chicken, put it into the pot, add water to the chicken and boil it. Remove, wash and drain.

In a non stick pot, pour in corn oil, heat the oil over a high fire, put ginger slices, dry pepper, cinnamon and star anise to explode.

Pour in the boiled chicken and start to stir fry.

Step 4
Stir fry until golden yellow, add wine to remove the fishy smell, pour in an appropriate amount of water, and start stewing without chicken. Add soy sauce, raw soy sauce and oyster sauce, stir fry and color evenly. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.

Then add chestnut, stir fry evenly, stew until chestnut is soft and waxy.
