Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs
This is a good-looking and delicious meal, which should be eaten by Chinese people. Every diner should be able to cook. Those who do not like sweet and sour taste may make braised ribs. In short, the ingredients are simple, easy to handle and easy to operate. There is no need for special equipment of large pot and small stove. They can directly cook in a frying pan.
Ingredients
700g small row10g ginger
5g scallion
10g white sesame
10ml soy sauce
10ml raw extract
10ml balsamic vinegar
10ml yellow rice wine
5g sugar
5g salt

Step 1
Sliced ginger, chopped green onion, fried white sesame (annoying, cooked in the market, mainly decorated after coming out of the pot).

Chop small chops into pieces of uniform size and wash them (such as baby chops, which are basically standard meat and have no bite).Step 3
Boil water in a wok, boil a small row of water, rinse and drain the water out of the wok for use.

Heat the frying pan, pour in the oil, then add ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant.

Stir fry in a small row until the water is dry and the oil is ready.

Pour in cold boiled water (flush with ribs), add a spoonful of old soy sauce, a spoonful of raw soy sauce, a spoonful of yellow rice wine and a spoonful of sugar, and bring to a boil.Step 7
After boiling, put salt (according to your own taste) and change to low fire for 20 minutes.
