This is a good-looking and delicious meal, which should be eaten by Chinese people. Every diner should be able to cook. Those who do not like sweet and sour taste may make braised ribs. In short, the ingredients are simple, easy to handle and easy to operate. There is no need for special equipment of large pot and small stove. They can directly cook in a frying pan.
700g small row
10g white sesame
10ml soy sauce
10ml raw extract
10ml balsamic vinegar
10ml yellow rice wine
Step 1Sliced ginger, chopped green onion, fried white sesame (annoying, cooked in the market, mainly decorated after coming out of the pot).
Step 2Chop small chops into pieces of uniform size and wash them (such as baby chops, which are basically standard meat and have no bite).
Step 3Boil water in a wok, boil a small row of water, rinse and drain the water out of the wok for use.
Step 4Heat the frying pan, pour in the oil, then add ginger slices and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 5Stir fry in a small row until the water is dry and the oil is ready.
Step 6Pour in cold boiled water (flush with ribs), add a spoonful of old soy sauce, a spoonful of raw soy sauce, a spoonful of yellow rice wine and a spoonful of sugar, and bring to a boil.
Step 7After boiling, put salt (according to your own taste) and change to low fire for 20 minutes. After the ribs are cooked, add 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and change to high fire to collect juice (some can put Shuidian powder). Basically, there should be no brine and stick to the ribs. A few drops of sesame oil can be dropped before coming out of the pot, which is good-looking and fragrant.
Step 8After loading, sprinkle with chopped green onion and white sesame.
