Stewed pea skin
Flower skin beans: also known as flower skin beans, produced in Northeast China. The green bean leather cloth is full of various patterns, and even the beans inside are of different colors.
Ingredients
500g beans1 tbsp oil
10g salt
2G monosodium glutamate
1 tbsp soy sauce
Right amount of onion

Step 1
Ingredients: washed peas and scallions
Step 2
Heat oil and saute chopped green onion
Step 3
Stir fry peas in flower skin
Step 4
Stir fry repeatedly until the flower skin and beans change color, and cook in raw soy sauce
Step 5
Add an appropriate amount of water
Step 6
After boiling over high heat, stew over low heat for about 10 minutes
Step 7
Seasoning with salt and monosodium glutamate
Step 8
Stew until the beans are ripe, then turn off the fire
