500g beans
1 tbsp oil
10g salt
2G monosodium glutamate
1 tbsp soy sauce
Right amount of onion


Step 1
Ingredients: washed peas and scallions

Step 2
Heat oil and saute chopped green onion

Step 3
Stir fry peas in flower skin

Step 4
Stir fry repeatedly until the flower skin and beans change color, and cook in raw soy sauce

Step 5
Add an appropriate amount of water

Step 6
After boiling over high heat, stew over low heat for about 10 minutes

Step 7
Seasoning with salt and monosodium glutamate

Step 8
Stew until the beans are ripe, then turn off the fire
