400g white gourd
200g chicken balls

Step 1Prepare ingredients, white gourd, chicken balls, onions, ginger and garlic.
Step 2Peel and cut white gourd into pieces, chop onion, ginger and garlic, sugar and vinegar bowl (soy sauce, vinegar, salt, chicken essence, corn starch, chicken soup)
Step 3Heat the wok, add peanut oil, add onion, ginger and garlic, choke the pot and taste.
Step 4Add white gourd and stir fry.
