Stewed bass in casserole
Bass is not steamed or cooked. It’s fragrant and fresh.
Ingredients
500g bass200g shrimp
50g cooking wine
10g pepper powder
100g onion
100g pepper
Directions
Step 1
Wash the bass with its back up, cut it off from its back, cut off its spine, and change the knife into the shape shown in the picture
Step 2
Add wine and pepper, spread evenly on both sides and marinate for 10 minutes
Step 3
Open the back of the shrimp and take out the shrimp line
Step 4
Heat the oil in a casserole, add the onion, ginger and garlic, and stir fry for a while
Step 5
Top with salted fish and shrimp, sprinkle with green and red pepper rings, drizzle with steamed fish and soy sauce, drizzle with a little oil, cover, simmer over medium heat for 7 minutes, and finally spread coriander and scallion
