250g duck leg7g white vinegar
14g longevity mountain wild honey

Mix the marinade into paste with water, pack it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it in the refrigerator for one night.

Take it out the next day, rinse off the marinade and suck up the water with kitchen paper

Mix white vinegar and honey evenly to make crispy water
Step 5
Brush the duck skin evenly with a brush and dry it under the fan
Step 6
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes
Step 7
Take it out, brush it with honey water again, and bake it for 20 minutes.
