Sauteed Potato, Green Pepper and Eggplant
I tried to make this northern cuisine for the first time. In fact, it didn’t sell very well, but it tasted good, especially potatoes. It was delicious. The key point was to save fuel. I made this dish more light and delicious than the northern cuisine made by southerners.
Ingredients
2 potatoes2 eggplant
2 green peppers
3 slices of ginger
5 cloves garlic
Proper amount of salt
20G soy sauce
5g sugar
5g starch
10ml sesame oil
10g bean paste

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients: eggplant cut into cubes, green pepper cut into round strips, potatoes cut into cubes.
Step 2
Pour a little oil into the pot, pour in potatoes and fry until dark yellow.
Step 3
Pour out the potatoes and put them in the microwave for 1 minute.
Step 4
Pour sesame oil into the wok, then add garlic rice and ginger to explode.
Step 5
Then pour in eggplant to wrinkle and soften the skin.
Step 6
Pour in potatoes, stir fry evenly, add soy sauce, sugar, salt and starch, thicken and simmer for a few minutes.
Step 7
Add salt and bean paste, stir fry and simmer for a few minutes.
Step 8
Add the cut green pepper, pour in sesame oil or sesame oil, stir fry evenly, and then come out of the pot.
