Braised pork with tea flavor

Ingredients
200g streaky pork200g Pu'er tea
50g rock sugar
Proper raw extract
Proper amount of ginger
Right amount of onion
Proper amount of salt
Proper cooking wine
Directions
Step 1
Prepare the raw materials in advance, brew Pu'er tea with boiling water, filter, take the tea for use, and wash the pork for use
Step 2
Cut the washed streaky pork into about 3cm cubes and blanch it in a boiling water pot; Cut ginger into slices; Cut scallion into segments; Cut scallion leaves into flowers and set aside

Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, put rock sugar into the pot and fry sugar color over medium low heat
Step 4
Put the boiled pork into the pot, stir fry over low heat to make the meat covered with sugar, add scallion and ginger, and pour cooking wine
Step 5
When the pickled Pu'er tea is less than pork, boil it over a high fire and simmer it over a low fire for 1 hour. Add salt and raw soy sauce to taste
