Sauteed Potato, Green Pepper and Eggplant

3 eggplant (purple skin, long)3 peppers
1 potato
1000g oil (100g actual consumption)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp starch
6 cloves garlic
A little soy sauce
2G monosodium glutamate
