Sauteed celery with sausage
“Sausages fried celery” is a simple homely dish. There are no special requirements for the selection of ingredients and cooking methods. I also found that there is a section of sausage and several celery in the refrigerator. I’ll take advantage of the trend to have a home-made stir fry with meat and vegetables. Simple and fast, light and good taste.
Ingredients
400g celery100g sausage
1 tbsp oil
6 g salt
2G monosodium glutamate
Right amount of onion

Wash and cut the celery
Step 3
Slice the sausage
Step 4
Hot oil, fried scallion flower

Add celery
Step 6
Stir fry repeatedly
Step 7
Stir fry until the celery seedlings collapse and wilt, and season with salt and monosodium glutamate

Put in the sausage
