Leek egg zygote
Today, we will introduce a classic homemade pasta – chives and zygotes. It is easy to make and delicious.
Ingredients
900g flour60g shrimp skin
750g leek
100g fans
Eight eggs
15g salt
8 g monosodium glutamate
120g peanut oil
