Italian Tiramisu

Ingredients

3 egg yolks
A bowl of coffee
3 chicken protein
Appropriate sugar free biscuits
Appropriate amount of cocoa powder
Directions
Step 1
Separate the egg yolk and protein into a clean container.
Step 2
Add three and a half tablespoons of white granulated sugar to three egg yolks ~ mix evenly to melt ~
Step 3
Prepare coffee for standby ~ dissolve coffee powder in boiling water (if there is no coffee maker)

Butter (need to be firm)

Beat protein (need to be firm)
Step 6
Add the beaten egg white into the cream and stir gently
Step 7
Add the mash to the freshly mixed protein and cream, and gently stir again

After mixing the three samples, add the egg yolk and stir gently

Fill a tray with fresh-keeping film and put it in the refrigerator (no hard ice) to taste ~ wait 4-6 hours and you can taste the delicious tiramisu
