Fried shredded pork with celery
A very quick Kwai dish. Although celery can be eaten all year round, the spring celery is the most fragrant and tender. Add some shredded pork and stir fry the shredded celery quickly, which is fragrant and delicious

25 ml oil
1.5g salt
5 ml soy sauce
