Fried Pleurotus eryngii with green pepper is super delicious. You don’t have to fry meat in Soup. It’s a very simple introductory dish
Ingredients
1 root of Pleurotus eryngii2 green peppers
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
Half a spoonful of soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce

Step 1
Prepare one apricot abalone mushroom, two green peppers and two cloves of garlic

Break the Pleurotus eryngii apart and tear it into strips
