Fried Pleurotus eryngii with green pepper is super delicious. You don’t have to fry meat in soup. It’s a very simple introductory dish


1 root of Pleurotus eryngii
2 green peppers
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce
