Fried noodles with Turnip
“Turnip” is the name of Northeast China. Some are also called cabbage and pimple white. Now the improved varieties are also called green cabbage and purple cabbage. Turnip is one of the cheapest vegetables. It can be fried, stewed and stuffed. It can be cooked alone or with other ingredients.

10g salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
2G monosodium glutamate

Heat oil, add scallion and stir fry until fragrant

Stir fry shredded turnip
