I like a home-made dish very much. It’s easy to fry and tastes delicious.


250g tenderloin
2 scallions
2 tablespoons raw soy sauce
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons cooking wine
3 tablespoons starch
Proper oil


Step 1
I bought pork tenderloin. Slice the meat, add starch, cooking wine, soy sauce and a little oil, and marinate it for ten minutes.

Step 2
Cut off 2 shallots.

Pour the oil. When the oil temperature reaches the maximum, pour in the prepared tenderloin and stir fry over high heat.

Step 4
Stir fry until it is about 8 mature. Pour in Scallion white. Scallion white can't be fried too wilted. Stir fry until it seems to be cooked but not cooked. The entrance is the most fragrant. Add a little salt and mix it yourself. When the meat is cooked, serve it on a plate.
