Flammulina velutipes bean skin roll
Wrap Flammulina velutipes in bean skin and fry it. It’s very delicious
Ingredients
350g Flammulina velutipes2 bean skins
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
10g sugar
A little starch
Directions
Step 1
Wash Flammulina velutipes and remove roots
Step 2
Cut tofu skin into strips and roll with Flammulina velutipes
Step 3
Fix with toothpick
Step 4
In a bowl, add sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch and water
Step 5
Add Flammulina velutipes roll in the pot and fry slowly over low heat until both sides are golden
Step 6
