Undaria pinnatifida with balsamic vinegar
Ingredients
200g Undaria pinnatifida (dry)1.5g salt
10ml balsamic vinegar
5g Yuanzhen sugar
A spoonful of chili oil
Directions
Step 1
Rinse Undaria pinnatifida with salt repeatedly for several times, add water and soak for several hours.
Step 2
Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add the soaked Undaria pinnatifida and cook for five minutes.
Step 3
Remove Undaria pinnatifida, cool it, squeeze out the water, and add chili oil. Mix well.
Step 4
Add vinegar, salt and sugar and mix well.
