Directions

Step 1
Add water and flour into smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes; Take fresh meat fillings. When I eat fillings at home, I always chop them with fresh meat, and the proportion of fat and lean meat should be 3:7. The fillings made in this way are not firewood and greasy. Moreover, the fillings chopped at home are much more fragrant than the meat minced outside. Add salt, chicken powder, soy sauce and sesame oil to the meat fillings and mix them slightly. Put five spice powder, thirteen spices, chopped green onion and ginger on the meat fillings

Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the frying pan, remove a few pepper and turn off the fire. Later, pour the oil on the five spice powder and chopped green onion and ginger on the meat filling, and mix the filling well; Pour 50ml of water into the meat stuffing three times, and stir the meat stuffing in the same direction. Each time, wait until the water completely enters the meat stuffing, and then continue to stir the next time. The meat is delicious and juicy, so that the stuffing can be mixed well; Knead the awakened dough on the chopping board until the surface is smooth, divide it into two parts, take one of them, dip a little flour, press the dough towards the four corners with a dough stick, and it is easy to form a rectangle

Step 3
Cut two knives at the top and bottom of the dough, as shown in the figure; Put half the meat filling on the dough; No stuffing on the upper right corner; Fold the top right corner down
