Sweet eight treasure rice

Ingredients

300g glutinous rice
0.5 tablespoon starch
Appropriate amount of jujube (fresh)
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons bean paste

Directions

Soak the glutinous rice for a day.

Spread gauze on the steamer and steam the soaked glutinous rice over high heat for 20 minutes.

Break the red jujube into two halves, add an appropriate amount of medlar and spread it at the bottom of the bowl.
