Stewed bone with beans and potatoes
Ingredients
200g diced potato (dehydrated)400g cowpea
Proper amount of salt
Proper soy sauce
Proper amount of ginger
Right amount of star anise
Proper cooking wine
Proper amount of Yuanzhen sugar
Directions
Step 1
Cut the bone into sections, scald the blood in boiling water and set aside.
Step 2
Cut potatoes into hobs, wash beans and set aside.
Step 3
Blanch the bone, put it into an electric pressure cooker, add wine, ginger slices, star anise and an appropriate amount of water, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Note that the time can't be too long. We'll continue to stew with beans later.
Step 4
Heat a small amount of oil in the frying pan, add potato pieces and fry until color changes.

Add beans and stir fry until the beans change color.
Step 6
Add soy sauce and soybean paste and stir fry evenly.
Step 7
Pour the stewed bones into the pot together with the Soup, and season with salt and sugar.
Step 8
Boil over high heat, add sweet potato powder, simmer over low heat until the potatoes are soft and rotten. Just put the same potato and sweet potato powder. There are a few potatoes today. I added some vermicelli. Put it in a big bowl and you can serve it.
