Stewed beef with carrot and potato
This dish is good for children in spring. It has protein, vitamin B and zinc. It’s delicious. I like to eat it
Ingredients
500g beef (hind leg)2 potatoes
Two carrots
Several pieces of Ailanthus altissima
A few slices of ginger
A few garlic cloves
Two fragrant leaves
1 star anise
Proper cinnamon
Proper cooking wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
Directions
Step 1
Cut the beef into pieces. My mother-in-law bought it and took it out in the fridge.
Step 2
All accessories are fragrant. Add beef.
Step 3
Stir fry, fry until fragrant, and then cook.
Step 4
Cook for about 30 minutes.
Step 5
Add potatoes and carrots in 30 minutes. Cook for 10 minutes. Put the juice out of the pot.
