Shredded Lotus-root slice
Super delicious and refreshing side dish cold lotus root slices
Ingredients
300g lotus root10g scallion
10g spicy millet
5g minced celery
5g minced garlic
5g pepper
Proper amount of salt
3 teaspoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
Directions
Step 1
Cut lotus root into thin slices, cook in boiling water for one minute, remove and cool
Step 2
Add minced ginger, celery, garlic and spicy millet to the bowl
Step 3
