Sauteed Potato, Green Pepper and Eggplant
When the eggplant was half fried, the hostess downstairs knocked on the door and scared the baby to death. Fortunately, nothing happened. It is difficult for the student party to cook.
Ingredients
1 eggplant (purple skin, long)1 pepper
1 potato
1000g oil (100g actual consumption)
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp starch
1 section onion
Proper amount of ginger
Appropriate amount of garlic
Appropriate amount of monosodium glutamate
A little soy sauce
Appropriate amount of sugar

Add 1.5 times more oil than usual, fry potato chips in the pan, fry from time to time to prevent sticking to the pan, fry until it is slightly golden yellow, and so is eggplant. Stir fry chili and serve.

Add onion, ginger and garlic to the pot, then mix the juice with sugar, soy sauce, pepper noodles, starch and water, pour into the pot and bring to a boil
