Sauteed Potato, Green Pepper and Eggplant

Ingredients

Medium size 2 pepper
Medium size 1 potato
Medium size 1 eggplant (purple skin, long)
Index finger length 2, green onion and scallion white
1 small piece of ginger
3 cloves garlic
1 / 2 teaspoon (2.5 g) salt
1 teaspoon (5g) sugar
1 tbsp (15ml) raw
150 ml + 3 tbsp (45 ml) oil

Directions

Step 1
Chili, scallion, garlic

Step 2
Eggplant pieces

Step 3
Deep fry until done

Step 4
Deep fry the potatoes

Step 5
Put them together and stir fry evenly
