When you are alone, you can make chicken legs. The meat is more tender and delicious. The whole family can eat it directly with the whole chicken. The taste is more fragrant. Finally, don’t let go of the Soup. It is used to mix rice. Two bowls is not a problem.

Ingredients

500g chicken
10g green pepper
10g red pepper
1 potato
2G red onion
2 g ginger
1g pepper
1g star anise
2G dried pepper
3 G bean paste
3 G raw extract

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the green and red peppers and cut them into pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces for later use.

Wash shallots and ginger, slice and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pot, saute the pepper and remove.

Add ginger, red onion, star anise, scallion and pepper to stir fry until fragrant.

Soak and wash the chicken first, drain the water, pour it into the pot, stir fry until it changes color, and then stir fry for 2 minutes.
