10g green pepper
10g red pepper
2G red onion

Step 1Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2Wash the green and red peppers and cut them into pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces for later use.
Step 3Wash shallots and ginger, slice and set aside.
Step 4Heat the oil in the pot, saute the pepper and remove.
Step 5Add ginger, red onion, star anise, scallion and pepper to stir fry until fragrant.
