Pan fried flat potato
Ingredients
3 red onions1 tablespoon salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
Appropriate amount of coriander
1 tablespoon mixed oil
Directions
Step 1
Wash the small potatoes and cook them in water (they can be easily penetrated with a knife).
Step 2
Gently flatten each small cooked potato with the bottom of a flat bottom container.
Step 3
Do not touch the oil in the pan, add red onion slices, fry until fragrant and soft.
Step 4
Add the squashed potatoes and fry them over medium heat on one side and then on the other.
Step 5
Sprinkle cumin, salt and chili powder while frying, and finally sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped coriander.
