Home stewed tofu
Tofu is delicious to eat. Children like it very much
Ingredients
1 piece of tofu100g eggs
1 tablespoon salt
Appropriate amount of chicken essence
1 tablespoon raw soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Right amount of onion
Appropriate amount of garlic
Appropriate amount of millet spicy
1 tablespoon bean paste
Proper amount of water starch
Directions
Step 1
Cut tofu into small pieces and add egg liquid
Step 2
Add tofu in hot oil and fry until the egg solidifies. Turn over
Step 3
Stir fry until golden and serve

Add seasoning sauce: salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, oyster sauce and water
