Fried rice noodles with vegetarian sauce
The most common breakfast for Cantonese people is dry fried beef River, egg fried rice noodles, meat fried rice noodles and vegetarian fried rice noodles! I often eat this when I’m alone.
Ingredients
400g rice noodlesProper amount of bean sprouts
Appropriate amount of carrot
Two spoonfuls of raw soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Two shallots

Step 1
The materials are as you like, but in Guangdong, we all like to add bean sprouts, shallots, carrots, leeks and so on

In a hot pot, add oil and stir fry carrots over high heat
Step 3
Add bean sprouts and turn them over
Step 4
Put in the rice noodles, don't stir fry too quickly, let the hot air come up, and heat the rice noodles too

After the rice noodles are hot, pour in raw and old soy sauce and shallots and stir fry quickly
