Crispy Chicken chops
Children like to eat very much. They make less oil and are healthier
Ingredients
1 chicken breast100g corn oil
40g corn starch
2 eggs
50g bread bran
1 teaspoon salt
5g ketchup
Directions
Step 1
Wash chicken breast, drain and set aside
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into two pieces with a knife, each about 1cm thick
Step 3
Pat the chicken surface loose with the back of the knife
Step 4
Put the two relaxed chicken breasts into a cooking bowl, add 1 teaspoon salt and wipe well

Add 1 tbsp corn oil and mix well
Step 6
Add 1 tbsp cornstarch and mix well
Step 7
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for one night
Step 8
Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, break them up and set aside

Coat the marinated chicken breast with corn starch evenly on both sides

Pass it in the egg

Coat with bread bran
Step 12
Put 100g corn oil into the frying and baking machine and heat it over high heat
Step 13
Add chicken breast wrapped in bread bran and fry over high heat

When the bottom turns golden, turn over and continue frying

When both sides are golden yellow, turn off the fire and take them out. Serve with ketchup
