Braised pork with tangerine peel
With beer
Ingredients
650g streaky pork16g tangerine peel
1 octagonal
8 ginger slices
2 scallion knots
10g rock sugar
Several medlar
30g raw soy sauce
20G soy sauce
330 ml beer
A small amount of cooking wine

Step 1
Materials are ready.
Step 2
Wash streaky pork and cut into pieces.
Step 3
Add cold water to the pot, bring to a boil, add streaky pork, 2 pieces of ginger and cooking wine. Blanch for 5 minutes. Remove the supercooled water and drain the water for standby.
Step 4
Bring the wok to a low heat, add pork, ginger, seasoning, medlar and stir fry.
Step 5
Stir fry until the meat precipitates a lot of fat.

Pour in the beer

Bring to a boil and simmer for 40 minutes (or pour all into a pressure cooker and steam for 15 minutes).
Step 8
Then add rock sugar and stew for 15-20 minutes.

Out of the pot.
