Oil saving and nutritious hot mixed eggplant and potato
Delicious and oil-saving round eggplant steamed potatoes are simple, healthy and nutritious. They are refreshing dishes in hot days. Add a little chili oil to your favorite food. It’s a delicious meal.
Ingredients
2 / 3 eggplant (round)2 potatoes
5 cloves garlic
1g monosodium glutamate
1 coriander
10g ginger
1 shallot
0.5 tomatoes
6ml oyster sauce
6ml raw extract
15ml vinegar
5 ml sesame oil
3 g salt
Directions
Step 1
Wash the eggplant and potatoes and peel the potatoes.
Step 2
Slice the eggplant and soak it in cold water.
Step 3
Potatoes are sliced, too.
Step 4
Drain the eggplant, put the potatoes on the eggplant and steam in the steamer for 25-30 minutes.
Step 5
Cool the mashed garlic for 10 minutes. Add sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and monosodium glutamate.
Step 6
Dice ginger, onion and coriander.
Step 7
Cut the tomatoes into strips. Mixed bowl of juice.
Step 8
Take the steamed vegetables out of the pot, add salt, onion, ginger and coriander, and mix well.
Step 9
Pour the juice into the bowl, add the tomatoes and mix well.
Step 10
