2 / 3 eggplant (round)
5 cloves garlic
1g monosodium glutamate
6ml oyster sauce
6ml raw extract
5 ml sesame oil
3 g salt
Step 1Wash the eggplant and potatoes and peel the potatoes.
Step 2Slice the eggplant and soak it in cold water.
Step 3Potatoes are sliced, too.
Step 4Drain the eggplant, put the potatoes on the eggplant and steam in the steamer for 25-30 minutes.
Step 5Cool the mashed garlic for 10 minutes. Add sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and monosodium glutamate.
Step 6Dice ginger, onion and coriander.
Step 7Cut the tomatoes into strips. Mixed bowl of juice.
Step 8Take the steamed vegetables out of the pot, add salt, onion, ginger and coriander, and mix well.
