Iron stick yam, a kind of yam, is named iron stick yam because there are traces like rust on the surface. It has the effects of tonifying middle Qi, beautifying and nourishing face, hematopoiesis and blood, strengthening stomach and digestion, nourishing yin and Yang.

Ingredients

500g yam
200g tenderloin
2 Okra
A little green and red pepper
Appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic
10g carrot
10g Dutch beans
3 g salt
1 tbsp + 1 tbsp raw soy sauce
2 tablespoons starch
2 tablespoons cooking wine
3 g Sugar

Directions

Step 1
Wash the iron stick yam and set it aside

Slice tenderloin, marinate with salt, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine and starch for about 10 minutes

Cut scallions and ginger into the desired shape

Cut okra into small pieces with beautiful cross sections

Cut red pepper, Dutch beans and carrots into diamond pieces

The iron stick yam is thin, and it looks bigger when cut into diamond pieces

The cut yam is soaked in clear water to prevent oxidation (in fact, I did a small experiment. Iron stick yam is different from ordinary yam. It really doesn't oxidize without soaking in water, hee hee)

Boil the water in the pot and blanch the mountain medicine for 30 seconds
