Dry-Fried Green Beans with Minced Pork and Preserved Vegetables
Stir Fried String beans is a traditional dish of Han nationality, belonging to Sichuan cuisine. The dish features a simple way to dry the oil slowly, resulting in a special delicate fragrance. Dry and fragrant rice, endless aftertaste.
Ingredients
200g string beans30g pickled mushrooms
30g sprouts
15g minced ginger
Proper amount of edible oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tsp red oil bean paste
A little MSG
Appropriate amount of water
Directions
Step 1
Material drawing: remove the pedicels at both ends of kidney beans, remove the middle tendons, and cut them into 5cm long segments. Wash and set aside. Soak the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces.
Step 2
In a hot pan, add some oil and heat it to 80%. Deep fry the string beans until yellowish. Remove and drain the oil.
Step 3
Leave the bottom oil in the pan, stir fry the minced ginger, chopped rice sprouts and mushroom.
Step 4
Add soy sauce, soy bean paste and water and mix well.
Step 5
Add kidney beans, stir fry until the Soup is dry, then add monosodium glutamate.
