2 eggs12 clams
8g cooking wine
2 g salt
10g steamed fish and soy sauce
5g sesame oil
Directions
Step 1
Beat eggs into a bowl, break them up, add 5 ml cooking wine, salt and water, and stir well
Step 2
Pour the egg into a porcelain bowl and add the clams
Step 3
Separate water from the pot, boil over high heat and steam for 8 minutes
