Yu-Shiang Shredded Pork

Ingredients

200g shredded meat
Carrot
fungus
green pepper
Half a spoonful of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon starch
2 teaspoons cooking wine
2 tbsp oil
five-spice powder
pepper
2 teaspoons water
4 teaspoons vinegar
3 tbsp sugar
Green onion
ginger
Garlic
1 tablespoon Pixian bean paste

Directions

Step 1
Add 2 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce, half tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp starch, proper amount of pepper to 200 g shredded meat, and marinate.

Step 2
Then transfer the fish flavor juice: 4 tbsp vinegar, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp starch, 2 tbsp water, 3 tbsp sugar, 1.5 spice powder, stir well and set aside.

Step 3
Cut carrot, green pepper and Auricularia auricula into shreds.

Step 4
Cool the oil in a hot pan, add in the shredded meat, stir fry until discolored and remove.

Step 5
Stir fry the onion, ginger and garlic to make the flavor. 1 tablespoon Pixian bean paste, stir fry the red oil.

Step 6
Pour in the shredded meat and stir well. Pour in the cut side dishes. Pour in the fragrant fish juice and stir well.
