60g pork tenderloin50g carrot
50g fungus (water hair)
3 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon bean paste
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon raw soy sauce
1 teaspoon cooking wine
2 shallots
2 slices of ginger
2 cloves garlic
4 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon starch
Directions
Step 1
Cut pork tenderloin into strips, soak to remove blood, shred carrot and fungus
Step 2
Pork with salt, cooking wine and raw powder
Step 3
Scallion, ginger and garlic, change knife
Step 4
Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, cooking wine, raw soy sauce, soy sauce and raw flour into a bowl of juice

Chopped bean paste
