It’s new year’s day. I don’t know what to eat when I visit my relatives these days. I sit there and look at the cookbook of the American kitchen. I see this must kill dish for dinner. There is fish flavored shredded meat in it. I have the dishes for tonight.

Ingredients

500g pork
1 teaspoon bean paste
150g Auricularia auricula
1 carrot
5 cloved garlic
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Half teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chicken essence
Proper amount of starch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 teaspoons vinegar
Appropriate amount of water
1 teaspoon Pixian bean paste

Directions

Step 1
Prepare raw materials, soak Auricularia auricula, wash and remove, peel carrot and wash, put two kinds of sauce on the plate, and peel garlic

Shred pork, carrot and garlic

Marinate pork with starch for 10 minutes

Pour 2 teaspoons sugar, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 4 teaspoons vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon chicken essence and 1 teaspoon corn starch into half a bowl of water to make juice
